PHASE 1: FEASIBILITY
Our feasibility process is designed to objectively and rationally uncover the strengths and weaknesses of the proposed venture, opportunities and threats present in the environment, the resources required to carry through, and ultimately the prospects for success. Steps in the feasibility process include site visits/client meetings, zoning, environmental, planning/timelines/scheduling and initial budgeting.
PHASE 2: SCHEMATIC DESIGN
Consult and hire the right architect and designer for the project
Build the best team of consultants for the scope of work required on the project including Engineers, Surveyors, Arborists, Planners, Legal, etc.
PHASE 3: DESIGN DEVELOPMENT

Facilitate with the development of the concept design based on Clients' needs

Oversee and consult during the design development process

Coordinate all consultants for the design development on the project

Prepare preliminary budget

Offer value engineering services by recommending alternate systems and finishes

Coordinate working drawings and specifications

Facilitate shop drawing procurement

Prepare and adhere to the construction schedule

Provide regular updates on the progress of construction

Coordinate consultants

Submit for permits and approvals at all levels
PHASE 4: CONSTRUCTION DOCUMENTS
We have developed a highly organized transparent system for managing our construction projects from our first meeting with you to the project's completion. Our Construction Management Agreement clearly defines our role, relationship with and responsibility to the Client before, during and after the construction phase.

PHASE 5: CONSTRUCTION MANAGEMENT
AFTER SALES SERVICE
Upon completion of your project Mazenga will provide you with an Operations and Maintenance Manual that contains quick reference material on products, warranties and contact information - like an owner's manual for your home, office or store. We are also only a phone call away for onsite service.

Every project is represented by one dedicated site supervisor, and our project managers oversee several projects. Each project manager brings specific skills and talents to the table, but all PMs work collaboratively to take advantage of their combined strengths and experiences.
